Dry Needling
Myofascial trigger point dry needling is used to treat dysfunctional soft tissue and restore or improve muscle function. Dry needling is great for the following:

Cupping isn't just for the professional athlete (like Michael Phelps), it can be useful in the management of injuries and prevention of further injury. We do two types of Cupping here at EC: Dynamic cupping (which is where the cups move) and static cupping (which is where the cups stay put, this is the type that gives you the gnarly bruises!)
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation like you've never seen it before! We are able to rehab you with our multidisciplinary approach with better outcomes than just one service would offer. Chronic low back pain? Have you ever heard of pelvic blocking or a pelvic belt? Ask one of our doctors about them to learn more. We offer these services at Elemental Chiropractic, your friendly neighborhood chiropractor.
Infrared Sauna
Our personal size sauna is great for sweating out toxins, relaxing tight muscles and leaves you feeling re-energized! Enjoy with invigorating aroma therapy. A typical session will run between 10-15 minutes and costs $15 or choose unlimited sauna for $50/month. Pairs great after a cupping or dry needling session.
Corrective Exercise and Therapy
We want our patients to be equipped with the right tools to get better faster and to prevent any future injury. Elemental Chiropractic has myofascial therapy, cupping, dry needling and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) to help reduce pain and release tension. We also provide exercises that help strengthen and correct imbalances within the body.
Spinal Decompression Therapy
Have you ever heard of 'Disc Decompression Therapy'? Here at Elemental Chiropractic our doctors utilize a technique called 'Flexion Distraction' in which we are able to decompress the discs in the low back and make more room for the disc and associated joints & nerves in the area. This is a manual therapy that helps increase the disc space and range of motion in the lumbar spine - great for sciatic type pain!
